The feud between brothers Liam and Noel Gallagher is well known and included a lot of arguing and several fights, one of which allegedly involved a cricket bat. This ongoing war of words and cricket bats was not entirely unusual behaviour for musicians and was largely kept behind closed doors, meaning that neither of the brothers publicly made fools of themselves. But at the 2010 Brit Awards, Liam decided to take an altogether more childish potshot at his brother.He deliberately snubbed Noel in his acceptance speech for the award for Brit Album Of 30 Years like a scene in a bad sitcom, deliberately pausing after mentioning all of the other members of Oasis before rounding off his display of petulance by throwing both his microphone and the award into the audience and then swaggering offstage. The shows host Peter Kay deadpanned What a knobhead afterwards and repeated the insult on Twitter, causing Gallagher to respond by calling him a Fat f***. You cant buy class like that.
