Everyone must come together as a human race and work toward a common goal because this song was released almost 13 years ago and still nobody knows who let the dogs out. You could probably walk right into the middle of just about any public gathering in this country - sporting event, a rock concert, Disney on ice - and scream "Who Let The Dogs Out?" at the top of your lungs and chances are high that someone will respond with an enthusiastic "Who?
