Big beat electronic producers Will White and Alex Gifford only produced one full-length album, 1998s Decksanddrumsandrockandroll. For most people, the only familiar track is Spybreak!, which was used as the music in the lobby scene in The Matrix. But if you look up the source album youll find a wealth of good songs to work to: the James Bond tribute track On Her Majestys Secret Service, the funky Take California, the saucy Velvet Pants. Some of them might make you hit the skip button (360 Degrees, You Want It Back) for their rapping vocals, but the throaty Shirley Bassey number History Repeating is always worth a listen. Like TCM, this is for the energy-power folks.
