Prepare to be Thunderstruck by the news that Aussie rock legends AC/DC have teamed up with Australian winery Warburn Estate to produce their own selection of fine wines according to The Herald Sun newspaper. The band fronted by Brian Johnson and Angus Young are following in the footsteps of fellow rockers Kiss, Whitesnake and The Rolling Stones by releasing their own branded alcohol. Available in four different varieties and each taking their name from some of the band€™s biggest hits, the wine will be available exclusively from Dan Murphy, Woolworth's and BWS liquor stores throughout Australia from Thursday. Sourced from the Australian regions of Barossa and Coonawarra the bottles carry distinctive labels featuring iconic images of the band. The four varieties available are:

Most recently the band announced their first foray into the world of board games with AC/DC Monopoly giving players the opportunity to build their own AC/DC empire with the game board completely re-designed to feature album titles and new locations such as Black Ice and AC/DC lane. While the majority of the band€™s merchandise is available worldwide through their website, there are sadly no current plans to sell the wine outside Australia.
