Listen: FUNERAL FOR A FRIEND's New Single "High Castles"

Ever since bursting onto the scene back in 2001, Welsh post-hardcore outfit Funeral for a Friend have consistently impressed with melodically infused alt rock, with the occasional poppy edge, gaining fans through immaculately produced albums and tight live shows, and maturing remarkably through five studio albums and a number of EP releases. Today, the band have released a brand new single, and invited fans to listen for free, so here she is... Funeral For A Friend - See You All In Hell by DistillerRecords The brand new single €˜High Castles€™ will be released as part of the band€™s €˜See You All In Hell€™ EP on 7th November, following their headline tour of the UK and alongside a Vinyl Edition of the band's Welsh Music Prize shortlisted album "Welcome Home Armageddon". "High Castles" will be the only new track featured on the EP, with the rest made up by extended, acoustic versions of familiar tracks. The band say of the release:

We wanted to release something special as an add-on to 'Welcome Home Armageddon' and we've got some different versions of tracks from the record on there in the form of live, acoustic and a remix by our friend LoveGadgetsHateGizmos. It was a lot of fun to throw in a Strife cover as we've all grown up as massive fans of that band. We were really eager to get back into the studio and write the follow up to 'Welcome Home Armageddon' and I think 'High Castles' is good indication of where we'll be taking things on the next record.
