Her life motto seems to be "Here's To Never Growing Up", so is it really a surprise that Avril Lavinge still looks like a teenager? She sure acts like one! Her music videos seem to become more immature as she gets older, so perhaps she's holding on to her youth for dear life, scared to get old. It's doubtful that Avril's had any work done and she still looks amazing, so there really isn't any need for her to try so hard.
