6. Hearing An Accent... And Immediately Wondering If Its Fake...
Everybody does this, whether you admit it or not. You hear someone with a French, Scottish, Irish, Polish or Indian accent and you wonder for a brief second or two if theyre just putting it on to get one over on you. The secrets out, everybody does this. People with those accents think it too when YOU speak, they reckon that YOURE messing with them, just see if they dont. Even more strangely, there are some who actually do go around faking accents for impact: men have been known to use it as some sort of demented seduction technique, believing that sounding like Antonio Banderas is enough of a draw whether you look more like Tony Soprano or not.
