Flying your drone past a chimp is asking for trouble. They're essentially human beings, but lacking the empathy and social norms to stop them sexually abusing frogs, torturing raccoons, or other amoral things that we humans would consider a bit inappropriate. The drone in this clip gets off fairly lightly. After the chimp gleefully knocks the it out of the sky with a stick, it gives the mini-copter a prod, a sniff, then quickly loses interest. But what's worrying about this footage is the adept way in which the chimp wielded a weapon. If apes continue evolving at this rate, then in a couple of hundred thousand years of evolution, humankind could have a rival.
