What could possibly be worse than believing you have a tumour? When Artyom Sidorkin complained of extreme pain in his chest in 2009, doctors were 100% sure it was cancer - anyone's worst nightmare. During surgery, however, what they discovered was like something from one seriously messed up sci-fi movie. Just before they removed part of Sidorkin's lung, the surgeon saw what was unmistakedly, a fir tree.
