Think Disney is secretive? How about a mass underground system of tunnels and corridors, dubbed the Utilidors?

Legend has it that Walt once saw a cowboy intended for Frontierland strolling through the futuristic Tomorrowland to start their shift. It destroyed the whole authenticity of the Disney mantra, cowboys don't come from the future after all, so Walt decided to act by building a series of underground tunnels under Magic Kingdom in the Floridian-based Walt Disney World resort.

The Utildor system, coining its name from utility corridors, is part of the ‘backstage’ area used for cast members to get from one land to another without being spotted. The underground tunnels keep the fully-inclusive vision of each and every zone being stand-alone worlds without breaking the illusion that Walt wanted throughout the park.

The tunnels even hide a barbers shop which allows cast members to have their hair cut in the few ‘Disney-appropriate’ styles allowed by workers around the parks.
