Watching people move gracefully from the ground up a wall, across rooftops and, essentially, recreating the moves of Altaïr or Cole MacGrath fluidly is addicting. Being a free-runner, I can truly appreciate the beauty of watching an excellent parkour artist at work. But some people are just a little too eager in considering themselves "true" free-runners. To be a true free-runner, you have to have grace, agility, and comprehension of how gravity works. On top of that, you need to know where all parts of your body are at all times. For example, if you're jumping from a height, you need to know where your feet are so you can land safely. As these self-proclaimed free-runners attempt to prove, athleticism is apparently an optional factor when practicing parkour.
