The Tower is the tallest building in Wales, and has 26 storeys of accommodation, with three storeys of restaurant facilities. The penthouse of the tower reportedly sold for 1 million pounds recently. Unfortunately, whilst under construction a worker died after falling three floors off the tower. The construction company chose to respect his memory by not releasing his name.
