6. Appointment Times Seem To Be An Abstract Concept

When you give a customer an appointment slot, it€™s generally understood that they should arrive at the correct time. Yet many do seem to believe these are mere guidelines, and that showing up a couple of hours either side of the given time is fine, as long as it€™s the right day. These kind of customers often seem amazed that you can€™t do their dogs, just because they€™re three hours late. Once you explain you can€™t do the groom because they missed the appointment, they€™ll make another one - and not turn up for it.
