The cast were asked about the most embarrassing moments during filming, so naturally some great stories were told.

During the shooting of the second movie, Felton wore braces and found a particular line hard to say. He struggled to get the words out, after 4 or 5 attempts he began to cry and Chris Columbus called cut on the scene.

The director went on to comfort the 12 year old saying "we got it, it's going to make it into the movie"... the line never did.

As Professor Flitwick, Warwick Davis was required to wear dentures. During a scene where the character was crowd surfing at the Yule Ball, Davis was "grabbed" in a place that caused his dentures to pop out of his mouth and promptly fall back into place. This made it into the final cut of the film.
