Quite far removed from the typical celebrity trait of living life in the public eye, Cameron Diaz is eager to retain her privacy and as such takes no active involvement in publicising the minutiae of her life on social media.

I think social media is a crazy-ass experiment on society, the actor told Cosmopolitan magazine in 2015. The way people use it to get validation from a bunch of strangers is dangerous. Whats the point?
