Self-proclaimed King Of The Chavs Michael Carroll is one of the most famous lottery winners in Britain, lavishing his winnings on cocaine, prostitutes and chunky gold jewellery, blowing it all within 5 years before going back to his old job as a bin man (or so it's claimed).

One of his most ridiculous purchases was a 'stock car' track which he built in the grounds of his country estate. He bought brand new cars and smashed them to pieces with his friends, leaving their abandoned husks lying around the outskirts of the manor, much to the chagrin of his neighbours.
