SOMEONE SENT DOLLY PARTON AN ACTUAL BABY.

THEIR BABY. AND LEFT IT ON HER DOORSTEP. A REAL HUMAN PERSON.

In the 1970s, someone left a baby on the steps of Dolly Parton's home with a note attached. It simply said "Jolene." As you can imagine, Dolly freaked out and got in touch with the authorities and social services to find a home for this poor child. To this day, she doesn't know anything about the child or who put the baby on her doorstep.
