7. Ridley Scott Directed One Of Their Advertisements
Apple's '1984' television advertisement is widely considered to be one of the greatest pieces of advertising in history. Much of this is due to the direction by Ridley Scott, who managed to paint Apple as a fresh new tech company that would save the industry from conformity. Considering the scale and unique aesthetics of the '1984' advertisement, it almost seems a shame to look at Apple's current, very minimalistic style of television ads.
