Driving around London is a nightmare at the best of times and at Christmas it is even worse so the only option for tree transportation is public transport. Sadly, it's never going to be an easy option (especially at rush hour) and people will look at you like you are mad but they've all been there. And there's just no way around it: so try furiously to ignore the angry glares and the fact that your spruce keeps poking other passengers in the eyes. It's Christmas after all.
