4. Hot Dog

Mickey didn't actually say a single word until July 1929.

His first spoken words were "Hot dog" in the cartoon The Karnival Kid. Walt wasn't happy with how the actors were saying the dialogue, so he chose to voice the mouse himself.

Walt was the first voice of Minnie too.
