6. He Was Considered To Play Johnny Storm In 2005's Fantastic Four
Another major role that Walker was heavily considered for was as Johnny Storm (aka the Human Torch) in 2005's Fantastic Four movie. The part eventually went to Chris Evans, of course, but it's easy to see how Walker could've slotted into that role (especially considering the monumental douchebag he played in 1999's She's All That). Still, Evans is better-experienced at playing the cocky upstart, so that's probably why they went with him in the end. It was just as well in the end, though, because it's not like the two Fantastic Four movies did wonders for the careers of anyone involved...
