Deschanel certainly doesn't just appear in music videos for others, as she forms one half of the singing duet, She & Him, with M. Ward. The indie-folk pair have released three original albums, a Christmas album and a set of covers since 2008, with Deschanel showing off her typically quirky talents on the tambourine, piano and ukelele as well as being the lead vocalist. She also does her own singing in her movies, claiming that she landed several roles based on her singing voice. She sings during: Elf, Yes Man, (500) Days Of Summer and Winnie The Pooh, as well as performing the theme tune for New Girl.
