Theres always one. Theyve worked there for a while. Their activities are rarely clandestine and no one actually believes their aftershave/perfume is really CKWeed. On a good day, one of the most enlightening people to speak to, on a bad day, well, you may have to keep them in the zone. The job is often a means to an end, they dont take it seriously, but somehow they are really, really good at it. Most managers wont like their chilled attitude and the fact they dont care that they are third in the call centre rankings table. Well, except that one manager, who really likes them, they have every break time together, always wandering off somewhere.
