Often working part time hours in the hopes of minimising student debt, their head is permanently in a dense text, a permanent look of stress, panic and confusion as they read. Breaks are spent frantically working on an essay, it€™s a shame their manager€™s don€™t grasp that sometimes people are aiming for more than their job. They€™ll spend hours begging and pleading with HR for a day off or a shift change for an exam that€™s very important. It€™s almost as if they don€™t want to work in a call centre for the rest of their lives.
