Dormer has revealed that she has based Tyrell's character on two very influential women of her generation: Kate Middleton and Michelle Obama. Although they are an excellent guide of 'being the perfect royal' it's safe to say that these ladies are genuine and aren't playing the Game of Thrones. Or so you'd like to hope. With Tyrell determined to be the Queen of Westeros, she could probably use a little bit of Obama/Middleton charm to get her there.
