Veritasium is run by science communicator Derek Muller and is basically a combination of QI and Mythbusters. The videos are more in depth and discuss all kinds of weird and wonderful concepts at length. Plenty of Muller's videos focus on overturning common misconceptions, so it's also a great way to sound like a know-it-all. Check out their channel here.
