This isn't even acceptable for pensioners. If you're wearing shoes that are hurting your feet then wear them around the house before you wear them outside to break them in. Under no circumstances (even if your feet are bleeding) will it ever be acceptable, or sexy, to wear socks with your sandals. Unless you're deliberately trying to repel all women, give this combo a miss.
