Getting old is never any fun. You lose your looks, memory and even your balance at times. Things are tough without the world accusing you of cursing everyone you come into contact with. Yet, that's exactly what happened to old women in the witch trials. If you were just too old or too wrinkled or too much of a nuisance to the village, you must have been cursed for being a witch.
