Without a doubt, there will be the same customers who come in at the same time, on the same day every week. But what's great about Cineworld is that managers encourage you to actually spend as much time as possible getting to know customers. Obviously, not in a creepy way as that's not really great for business. But some customers are genuinely interested in getting to know you, and if it's quiet and you're on an open, then why not take a few minutes to make friends?
