9. "It's Life, Jim, But Not As We Know It'" - Mr Spock

Everyone loves Mr Spock - but unfortunately once again, as devoted Trekkies will know, these immortal words were never spoken by Leonard Nimoy.

Spock did say "(there is) no life as we know it (here)" during The Devil in the Dark episode in 1967, but that's the closest he came.

Instead, in The Firm's brilliant 1987 release Star Trekkin, the words are sung, alongside the immortal line: "Only going forward, 'cos we can't find reverse." A true classic if ever there was one.
