We all probably know Uma Thurman best as the slightly terrifying, ass-kicking, vengeance-seeking Bride of Quentin Tarantinos Kill Bill. Thurman has built up a great reputation with Tarantino (if we ignore all the horrendous rom-coms she finds herself in) as being seriously hardcore, and an awesome woman that you wouldnt want to mess with. However, in real-life Uma Thurmans wielding of sharp objects is generally limited to knitting needles. Thurman apparently spends her downtime crafting, and has admitted that she loves glue-gun projects. Shes been photographed knitting several times, and is said to buy huge quantities of wool at a time. Somewhat disappointing, but also a relief that the woman behind the sword is actually a normal human being.
