While some of the protests and rallies that take place at City Hall are for great, genuine causes, sometimes there's just a bunch of people there shouting about things like flags and other nonsense. Not ideal when you've arranged to meet a friend outside the gate and there's an angry-looking man with a loudspeaker staring you down.
