This hideous monstrosity is a sore sight for eyes. It's an old mill, which was painted pink because the planners demanded it be pink. The eye and tear supposedly represents the painter's frustration at being dictated to like that. And, one would assume, for having his name attached to one of the most hideous looking buildings known to human kind. Either that or he was a prophet and once foresaw that Warrington would grow weed in its nightclubs.
