18. People From Leith Are A Different Breed Of People Compared To The Morningside Lot
For some reason, people relate Leith to that made up place in that book Trainspotting so it's got a bit of a bad reputation. And rightly so, ever since Woolworths got shut down, the Foot Of The Walk has never been the same. Compared to the sophistication and cleanliness of Morningside, some areas of Leith are unfortunately considered to be the riff-raff of the city similar to the divide between the Old and the New Town. There's always some amazing local art popping up on The Walk though.
