It's amazing how people just don't understand the layout of the store and they get so stressed out that by the time they've come to you at the till, they're ready to explode. And they often do. The children are angels, they pick their skin, get it stuffed and make its birth certificate. Easy. In contrast, some parents get so stressed out that they fail to function and start having a mental breakdown in the middle of the shop floor.
