Artificial, fail-proof organs; bionic eyes and ears; cybernetic implants to interface with other devices; nanobots coursing through the circulatory system and perhaps artificial enhancements to intelligence or physical performance. Prosthetic limbs could be neurally controlled and indistinguishable from the real thing.

With nanotechnology further advancing into picotechnology, we could manipulate matter at an atomic level.

11. First Space Elevator Fires Up

It would probably be made up of a cable anchored to the Earth attaching to counterweight in space. This could either be a man made space station, or even a captured asteroid.
