As we are well aware, Maleficent knows how to make an entrance. When we first see her in Sleeping Beauty, she materialises in a pretty freakin sweet torrent of green fire. Even when Maleficent has Princess Aurora under a hypnotic spell prior to the infamous finger-pricking scene, its an orb of green flame that ominously guides the birthday girl to her not so eternal slumber. We see more of this flame in the third act, but well get into that later. Whether its casually bathing in scalding hot water, sauntering into Khal Drogos blazing funeral pyre or when she is exposed to Drogons flame, she remains impervious to fire and extreme heat.
