9 Superpowers Santa Claus Clearly Has

By Adam Holmes /

3. Mind Control

This power presents a sinister side of Santa. You see, although Santa can slow down time, doing it for too long can wear him out. That€™s why occasionally during the night he needs to bring time back to its regular progression. So when he€™s delivering presents, there€™s the possibility that a child or adult will see him. That€™s where the mind control comes in. If he is spotted, he uses this power to convince the person that they haven€™t seen anything. Then when they wake up in the morning, they€™ll have no recollection of Santa ever coming to their house. Here€™s where it gets really freaky. All those elves that Santa has working for him, you think they€™re there willingly? No, in my opinion, Santa been using his mind control powers to keep the elves in line and making toys. I mean, by now don€™t you think the elves would have asked for salaries and work benefits, or at least created a workers union? Unless the elves are a species from another planet that are eternally in debt to Santa for saving their world, I get the feeling that they€™re being kept against their will. It€™s not only the elves he€™s using it on, it€™s humans also! As smart as Santa is, he still needs money to keep things running, and unfortunately the Midas Golden touch is not one of his powers. That€™s why he periodically has to go to human cities every so often and use his powers to persuade a bank or some wealthy CEO to give him an exorbitant amount of money. I mean, he€™s using the money to make children happy, but it€™s really horrifying if you think about it. I shudder to think if he€™s used it on Mrs. Claus.
