Over recent years Walt Disney World's main entertainment district has been going through something of a metamorphosis as it transforms from the tried looking Downtown Disney into the impeccably themed Disney Springs.

This May will start the phased opening of over 30 new shops and restaurants in the latest expansion of Disney Springs Town Center.

The Town Center will be located behind Raglan Road and built upon what used to be a car park and will feature a number of well known brands plus some Disney owned ones.

Some of the delicious new eateries that will be opening around 15th May include D-Luxe Burger, Sprinkles Cupcake ATM, Blaze Pizza and Amorette€™s Patisserie.

There will also be two more restaurants opening from top chefs. Homecoming: Florida Kitchen and Southern Shine will be be a farm-to-table restaurant operated by celebrity chef Art Smith and Tablas Frontera serving up Mexican inspired dishes from Rick Bayless.

The food doesn't end there. There new kiosks are coming to Disney Springs this May. B.B Wolf's Sausage Co., Aristocrepes and Daily Poutine will open their doors between 15th and 22nd May.
