I faced my fears at HHN28 and you should too.

On 14th September, Halloween Horror Nights 28 commenced, and I was one of the lucky ones to step through the gates on the opening night.

Halloween Horror Nights in Orlando is arguably the biggest Halloween event in the world. With 10 haunted houses, 5 scare zones, a bunch of chainsaws and an epic dance show, this amazing event has been scaring horror fans for 28 years and continues to grow annually.

This year was my very first time to experience the screams and I was lucky enough to be invited to join up with a private RIP Tour. We were able to take some videos and images in the mazes (something usually forbidden) so please enjoy those blurry images and shaky videos scattered throughout this review.

What Culture

On this tour we covered everything that the event had to offer, with front of the line access straight into all the houses. We were truly VIPs on this RIP.

I also managed to make a return to HHN a week later as I really wanted to see it all over again. Despite being completely on my own I still had a great time, although didn't manage to get through every house on that second run through.

As HHN was so huge this year I've split this review in two, with this Part one focussing on the houses...
