Weight Class: Featherweight Darren Elkins (195) and Chas Skelly (151) open the Fox card of UFC 196, and are one of just two featherweight fights at the event (the other being an early prelim), despite the presence of featherweight champion Conor McGregor - who is moving up to welterweight. Elkins hasn't had a stoppage win (discounting an injury based TKO victory) since 2009, while Skelly has been finishing most of his fights of late. Elkins does represent a step up for Skelly, who is currently on a four fight win streak and looking to move into the the divisional rankings with a win over Elkins, who currently sits at 11th. Skelly has a definite shot - look for a submission finish from him if it doesn't go the distance.
