Both men are on 0-2 streaks in the promotion, and a third goose egg can spell doom. That may mean motivated fighters, but it may also mean that both fighters are tentative, and trying not to lose, rather than fighting to win. Afghanistan's Bahadurzada has far more experience than his opponent, which may given him an edge, On the other hand, Thatch seems to have more of an upside, and perhaps less mileage on him. In a tough one to call, Thatch by decision sounds right.
