10 UFC Fights We Want For Anthony "Showtime" Pettis

By Jay Anderson /

2. Donald "Cowboy" Cerrone

I know, Cerrone has already lost to Pettis, but I honestly believe there's a better fight in him than that. Cerrone is exciting, marketable, willing to fight anyone, anywhere, at any time. You've got to love that about the guy. Coming off a victory over Jim Miller, he has four straight victories, and a performance bonus in every single one. Every one of those four fights was a submission or knockout victory. What's not to love about this match? Styles make fights, and this could result in some serious fireworks. Four fights is more than enough to justify a title shot in most divisions in the UFC; if the promotion really wants to have him take one more, pair him up against Nurmagomedov - he's the only fighter interested in facing the Russian anyway.
