10 World Footballers Premier League Clubs Should Sign This Summer

10. Leon Bailey (Bayer Leverkusen)

Just about every member of Premier League's Big Six could use an addition of this kind, although Tottenham - who have a new stadium to finance - are likely to be priced out in a bidding war with any of their rivals.

On the basis that Jose Mourinho doesn't seem to be a massive fan of either Marcus Rashford or Anthony Martial (the latter of whom, said to be frustrated with a lack of playing time, may well depart Old Trafford this summer), Manchester United seems to make the most sense.

That said, there are rumours that the uncapped Jamaican is holding out hope of one day playing for the German National Team, for which he will need to acquire formal citizenship through continued residency in the country. Bayern Munich, anyone?
