UFC 49 was billed as Unfinished Business and when Justin Eilers met Mike Kyle in the octagon, business came to a conclusion. Eilers would win via poetic justice knocking Kyle from consciousness in the first round. It was not, however, before suffering repeated knees to the groin from a relentless Kyle. Kyle is a heavyweight and anyone who has ever trained even a little can tell you how devastating a knee can be. Eilers sustained repeated knees to the groin and returned to get the KO in the first round.
