Sean Dyche's Premier League record may not seem impressive, but the Burnley manager has shown plenty of promise, first of all in just achieving promotion with his team, and secondly for giving them a fighting chance all the way until the end of the season. He developed a good, young, largely-homegrown side with Burnley, and it is a major compliment that the locals have rarely questioned his managerial abilities throughout the season, and they're wanting to hold onto him at the club embarks on another Championship campaign. There are far worse options out there than Dyche.
