Burak Yilmaz's career had undergone somewhat of a goalscoring resurgence since he moved to Trabzonspor in 2010. He went on to score 58 goals in 93 games for the Turkish outfit, before transferring to giants Galatasaray in 2012. His form continued - amassing 82 goals in 141 games in Istanbul over a three-and-a-half year period. The striker had been linked with a summer move to West Ham, before an 8 million bid came in from Beijing Guoan earlier this month - leaving Galatasaray willing to sell their Turkish star.
