1. UFC Fight Night Austin: Bobby Green vs. Edson Barboza

When it comes to having a fan friendly fighting style, there aren€™t many fighters that epitomize that more than these two fighters. Edson Barbosa can be considered as a human highlight reel with his array of knockouts. He€™s the only fighter ever to finish an opponent via leg kicks on two occasions. Then he still has the knockout of the century with his spinning heel kick of Terry Etim. You€™ll rarely find a boring fight featuring Barbosa. He still has some flaws in regards to his wrestling and being able to withstand damage. That doesn€™t take away from him being involved in entertaining fights. Bobby Green is the perfect opponent for him from a stylistic standpoint. Green loves to be loose with his hands and break his opponents down. It€™s not through just pinpoint boxing and explosive combinations. He does this through a mental standpoint in talking to his opponents. It€™s very similar to what the Diaz brothers do in trying to force their opponent to fight at their pace. I€™m not sure if Barbosa is going to understand Green€™s trash talk very well, considering the language barriers. It still could have some effect through hand movements and other gestures. Nevertheless it will make an already entertaining fight even more enjoyable. Similar to Frankie Edgar versus Cub Swanson, there is no way that this fight ends up a dud. Both fighters have precise timing to their explosive striking. We€™ll see moments of intense leg kick exchanges that could make you feel squeamish. Green may look to get this fight to the ground at some point, if he starts to take too much damage. He out grappled Pat Healy and is one of the bigger lightweights in the division. Other than that possibility, expect non-stop striking from two of the better strikers in the lightweight division.
