What ifs are always good for a lark, but lets not put that cart before the hose: before he fights anyone else, Anderson Silva needs to beat Nick Diaz. Now, while Diaz is no slouch, a lot of factors are working against him. For one, he's been out of the fight game quite a while; longer than Anderson Silva himself actually. Two, there's a size disadvantage, and three, he's fighting one of the greatest, if not the greatest, of all time in Anderson Silva. And it appears to be a motivated Anderson Silva who is making his return at UFC 183. Just recently, a video clip was released showing Silva knocking out a training partner with a flying knee in preparation for the fight. Fighters don't usually go that hard in training, so Silva was either really into the moment, or he's taking this fight much more seriously than usual. That flying knee also eliminates any questions pundits might have about the strength of Silva's leg. It's pretty clear that it's healed given he was able to pull off that move. All this makes Silva the favourite leading into his fight with Nick Diaz. Assuming he wins, who do we want to see him fight next? Lets take a look at five options.
