5 Things Man Utd Fans Need To Know About Morgan Schneiderlin

3.Man United Is A Better Fit For Him Than Arsenal

Arsene Wenger's interest in Schneiderlin was widely publicised but the Arsenal manager believed he already had enough midfield firepower to compete for the title next season. He was kind of right. I'd imagine putting the Southampton midfielder in place of Francis Coquelin would vastly improve their chances of winning the league but the 24-year-old deserves a shot at the position after a decent 2014/15 campaign. Manchester United have needed a box-to-box midfield creator for a while and rather than being thrown into a fixed vacant position he has the chance to become the Mancunian version of Santi Cazorla, Aaron Ramsey or Jack Wilshere and make himself a Man United great.
